Has anyone else heard about this "program" (cough cough boondoggle). I thought I'd post a grumpy message here because my hometown is slated to be the "beneficiary" of this largesse.

No ambiguity about the intent of this taxpayer-subsidized boondoggle, called "Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development". The merit of the proposed interchange at Oslo Road is debatable at best. But, this isn't about transportation, it's about subsidizing a bunch of out-of-town big boxes/strip malls in the name of "growth".

I figured perhaps Strong Towns might want to shine a light on this. And I needed to vent about it somewhere!!
