Asked a question last year

I work for a Planning Department of a small Rhode Island town and we have a church in town that has essentially gone out of business. We are seeking consultants / architects that could possibility help with consultation on a possible adaptive reuse of this church. Can anybody steer me in the right direction? Thanks

Where am I?

In Strong Towns you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

Here is a church re-adaptation I'm familiar with. The link is to a realtor website, but it notes the developer and architect on the project: https://www.mswoods.com/meridian-arch-condos-for-sale.htm40

Here is another, also in Indianapolis. A different style and era of church. http://www.deylen.com/fletcher-place-lofts37

There are a couple more I can think of, but one I cannot seem to find any information online for. It is a church converted in South Bend, IN just north of the St. Joseph River between Leeper Ave. and North Michigan St. The other is the product of a passion project for a couple: https://www.forsalebyowner.com/sell-my-house/marketing/church-conversion-heavenly-live-work/40

Hi! I'm a small developer based in Providence. I'd be interested in learning more about the property and then I can make some recommendations, if interested. Give me a private message and we'll try to set something up.
