What if neighborhoods insist that their needs are contrary to the suggestions in the eBook? How can we address resistance without going back into a top-down mentality? Before this crisis, the concept of a store/salon/etc in a subdivision would likely generate negative feedback. Times have changed, I am likely projecting, and I concede we should start with downtowns instead of subdivisions. But I want to thread the needle of educating without going back to "I went to college for this, read these things and watch these videos, you'll agree with me".
