Philip Leiter Evolving
We live in a house built in 1854 in a small town established in 1799. It used to have a nice mixture of smallish and moderate sized homes, most of which were built prior to the 1900s. We have one of the only existing “wooden blocks” of commercial buildings in the state. I have a partial Masters Degree in Urban Design and have been interested in how cities evolve, thrive and die for quite some time. I find much of what I peruse on Strong Towns very enlightening. Thank you for the effort!
